Manaslu, the eighth highest mountain in
the world is a part of the Mansiri Himal in the Nepal
Himalayas. The mountain's long ridges and valley
glaciers offer feasible approaches from all directions,
and culminate in a peak that towers steeply above its
surrounding landscape, and is a dominant feature when
viewed from afar.
This is a full service expedition with a western
guide-manager offering the best balance of quality and
value. Manaslu has not previously extensively been
offered as a commercial peak, however for the autumn
season, it is the best alternative to Cho Oyu. |
